Full Paper Submission Guidelines
All full paper submissions will be managed through the Leconfe Conference Management System portal. For any issues with the submission system, please write to us at aiea2026india@gmail.com.
• For the initial submission, use of the conference full paper template is not mandatory.
• Full papers must be submitted in Microsoft Word format (.docx/.doc).
• Manuscripts should be prepared in a single-column style.
• Abstracts should not exceed 250 words.
• There is no maximum page limit for the initial submission. Page limit may be imposed according to journal/publisher guidelines if required.
• The manuscript must follow this structure: Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Methodology, Results and Discussion, Conclusions, Acknowledgements, References
• Include at least 20-25 references from credible sources, primarily indexed journals, published within the last five years or recently (inclusion of DOI is recommended)
• Proofread the paper for grammatical accuracy; professional English proofreading is recommended.
• Overall similarity must be below 15%, with no more than 3% similarity from any single source and 0% AI-generated text. Manuscripts with a similarity level above 15% will not be accepted, and the authors will be asked to revise and resubmit. Manuscripts will be checked for plagiarism detection and AI-generated content by licensed Turnitin or iThenticate software.
• Authors are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of data and must not engage in fabrication, falsification, or misuse of AI-generated content.
• Authors must ensure that the paper is not under consideration for publication or has not been published elsewhere.
• Proper citation of sources and acknowledgement of contributions are mandatory, and all listed authors must have made a significant contribution to the work.

• Manuscripts will undergo a rigorous double-blind peer-review process to evaluate the manuscript based on novelty, research gap, conference scope, industrial relevance, societal impact, clarity of problem formulation, validation of results, adequate manuscript structure and writing, appropriate literature citations, and ethical publication standards.
• After receiving the revision notification from the conference committee, the authors have to incorporate all reviewer comments while revising the manuscript.
